First off, the IQ-7000 chair has given me my life back after having 2 heart attacks. Full stop. I was largely house-bound and unable to do simple things like "go to the mall" or "go to a movie theater". I simply didn't have the ability to walk that far.
Grocery stores were also a problem as I was dependent on their scooters being, you know, present and operational. They often were broken or left uncharged.
Customer service has been fantastic! When my chair shipped in the wrong color, ComfyGo rapidly got me the right set of covers virtually immediately.
Over the course of a year, somehow I lost one of the knobs for the anti-tip rail, I still had the rail, but no knob to secure it. The replacement part page had the rail, but not just the knob. Again, ComfyGo customer service came to the rescue, got me the part I needed, and all was right again!
Now, the BAD news... I ordered a replacement battery and supercharger OVER A MONTH AGO. I just now, today, got a reply back that the order has shipped, but the battery is out of stock.
I'm guessing that means they just shipped the charger and not the battery? Unclear. Good thing I bought the chair with the extended battery instead of the standard one, but still, I'd like to fly somewhere and I need the standard battery to do that.
Had chair about a week now. 20" with standard cushion and backrest. So far it's great. Had some difficulty adjusting foot rest height. Just an awkward space to work in. Would be nice to have a couple spare washers and locknuts for that already included. Otherwise all good so far. Turning the reverse beeping off and on is straightforward and such a nice feature.
We called this morning regarding the replacement cable for the left brake on our son’s Comfy Go Wheelchair. The gentleman with whom I spoke with was most helpful and pleasant to work with. He ordered the part we needed and we immediately received our confirmation. Just an hour later we received notice the part had shipped. Thank you!
This chair is perfect. Comfortable and easy to control. A bit on the heavy side but nothing we can't deal with. I can't wait to take this on my cruise.
I received my ComfyGO wheelchair and was unable to put it together due to a defect. I contacted ComfyGO and had a new chair within two days! Once it was together and I was able to use it it was super! I'm able to get around now so easily and don't have to depend on others so much. Thanks ComfyGO!
Great chair. Works the same as the much bigger one Medicare sent my father but is much lighter and can be used without power. Folds well and makes it so much easier for everyone in my family to bring my father places.

My independent mom is 90 years old, but had a fall earlier this year and fractured her shoulder. The injury is healing, but her mobility has been compromised. I love the mobility freedom the ComfyGo X-Lite elextric wheel chair provides. It is very light weight. well built and foldable to fit in the trunk of my car! It is very responsive and easy to operate and is modserately priced! Delivery was free and Very thing was as adverttised !
Overall, 100 Percent satisfaction. My experience with your representative. They were knowledgeable friendly, helpful and took the time to explain the workings of the motorized chair the only problem trying to survey the QR code doesn’t work. The customer service. Was able to fix my problem.
I recently purchased this chair for my mother because it was becoming increasingly difficult for her to walk longer distances without becoming exhausted to the point of almost passing out. So far this chair has been a life saver for us and has opened up more doors for us as far as things she can now go do without being exhausted. This chair folds down very easily and runs great but does take a bit of getting use to when trying to stop and turn corners LOL. My mother loves it and calls it her Cadillac and tells me "Watch the paint."
This IQ-8000 IS SO AWESOME. I HAVE FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS CHAIR.
NnI bought a chair some years ago and thought it was time for an upgrade. I bought the IQ 9000. I must say the buying and delivery process was awesome. I got in my chair and took it out for a test run. Everything is perfect, no complaints here
I have had my MS-3000 Mobility Scooter for around 4 years and it just keeps going! I have had to replace a battery and a couple of other parts for my scooter from normal wear and the parts have always been available and the service dept is always very helpful and pleasant and accommodating and make it easy and quick to get the parts I need. I use my scooter everyday at work as I have bad knees and it is a workhorse for me. Day after day! I’m not sure if I could still work without it. It’s an awesome scooter from an awesome company.
After having a purchase of this same chair fall thru after a 6 week wait and no updates...I was gun shy of ordering...but so happy I did.
I called the company and talked with Mark.....knowledgeable and helpful to say the least.
Ordered the chair and had 4 follow up emails from Eric to confirm our goofy street address.
