I purchased the Carbon Fiber lightweight chair because my husband had a stroke 3 years ago, and he is paralyzed on the right side. We had a vacation plan to the Caribbean, and the other wheelchair we purchased was too heavy for me to handle. I called this company, and from my first communication with Israel, I immediately noticed their fantastic customer service. Israel was invaluable in helping me identify my husband's needs and my own personal struggles with other wheelchairs. I needed a lightweight chair to lift and put in the back of my car without breaking my back. When you have to take the wheelchair in/out of your vehicle several times a day, having something that weighs 27 lbs was the answer to all my worries. My husband loves this chair. During our trip, driving through airports and taking walking tours, the chair performed amazingly and offered worry-free driving hours with the two lithium batteries. He drove the chair straight to the plane's door and then transferred to the aisle chair provided by the airline to get to his seat. This chair is perfect for traveling!! Once he was seated, I folded the chair, took the two batteries and the joystick, and brought them with me inside the plane to avoid damage. The airline employee then tagged the chair, took it down to the plane storage, and brought it back to us after landing. The chair is very easy to maneuver and easy to put together. I highly recommend this Carbon Fiber Electric wheelchair. It has been a lifesaver, giving my husband some independence and freedom to move on his own, and for me, it saved my back!! I purchased the larger version of this chair. First the associate at Comfy Go, Jay, was awesome to work with. The chair was super easy to set up and we had everything figured out in no time. I’ve been using a mobility scooter for around three years now and I’m super excited to move to this. It is so easy to fold and put back into my car. I am a plus size girly and I was worried about my hips. The arms go all the way up so that took care of any problems there. I also like that the foot rest is adjustable as my knees don’t bend properly, thus the chair. The added tool bag with all the tools I would need for on the site repairs was also a nice touch that I wasn’t expecting. I am looking forward to many years with my new chair.

The IQ 9000 with recline is fantastic. Open the box unfold the chair and you're ready to go in no time. I can say this is the easiest wheelchair to put together. Seriously you only have to put the joystick on and it's ready to go. The recline is fantastic. Great for pressure relief. Thanks Majestic.

I waited until we’ve taken the chair on several outings. It has exceeded our expectations. We got the red seat and the wife says it’s very comfortable. After three outings and the battery is still 5 bars! It is a little heavy, approximately 65 lbs. I had to practice a few times to find the best way to lift into the back of our suv. It was FSA eligible!

Initially we had a problem with the scooter, but the support staff answered and worked us through the problem. Since then then scooter has been wonderful. The speed is so much faster then our previous scooter that died after 1 month with no support available. Very nice head and tail light for night time touring. My wife has been non-weightbearing for 6 months due to a foot injury and the scooter has saved her sanity, allowing her to get outside and drive around. I had to leave my car for repair and rode the scooter back to pick it up, it goes as fast as my electric bike and folds up to fit in the trunk. Turning radius not as tight as a 3 wheeler, but very stable!

Bought this for my mother. She is no longer Confined to her room in the nursing home. She loves it. Next to no assembly needed. Seems to be built solid.

Was excited to receive the chair today. It looks to be of the absolutely highest quality and craftsmanship. Cannot wait to give it a try.

I purchased this chair for my husband about 3 weeks ago and we are already very pleased. It was easy to finish assembling and he started using it right away. We opted for the auto-recline because it makes it easier for my husband to sit for longer periods of time. The manual folding and unfolding is very simple and it has been proven easy to operate. The controls have just the right amount of sensitivity. The power to the wheelchair has been good and he has made it up minor hills with no problem. Charging is easy as well. The cushion on the seat is better than most wheelchairs but we will likely by a thicker cushion to make it more comfortable. There is only a few items we wish were a little different. 1)The headrest (it would be great if it had side support). 2) Folding lock - would help to lift the wheelchair into our car if there was a lock to hold it in the folded position. 3) The safety wheel attachment - You can not stand the wheelchair upright in the folded position when the safety wheels are in place. They can be removed or adjusted to be positioned higher for storage but it is a bit of a pain to do on a regular basis.

My IQ 7000 has been a saving grace to my wife and I.
The folding function has aloud us to travel with my chair comfortably in the trunk.

Just received my chair. It was an easy setup and lighter than my current chair to get me through the day but heavy enough to hold me safely. So far I am really enjoying my new chair.
