Hi went to the ComfyGo location in Chino for repairs on my scooter. Mark along with several other employees were very attentive and listen with concern. The scooter is fixed like brand new and I was very satisfied with my service.
Having dealt with many different companies throughout my lifetime I must say I have never dealt with one as friendly and reliable as this one. Not that ComfyGo doesn’t make a great product, but whenever some minor goes wrong, customer services right there for me. Broken parts are shipped immediately and customer service representatives are available by phone or FaceTime to help getting them installed properly. I can’t think of any other company being that helpful. Thank you, comfygo

every time I have a problem, I just have to call them or email them and they asked me for a picture or video and the same day. They have my part coming to me. It’s very fast and very easy. They got good customer service. I never had a problem with them, thank you
Ordered fenders and received them quickly. Easy to install ! Airport broke off the right fender so it needed to be replaced.
