- The MAJESTIC IQ-9000 comes equipped with two standard 7.5AH lithium-ion batteries featuring a quick-release function, making them easily removable for travel or charging purposes.
- These batteries are airline and cruise approved, allowing for seamless travel experiences.
- The charging time for each battery is 6 to 8 hours.
- The IQ-9000 battery can be charged with a regular home outlet.
- Designed for user convenience, the batteries can work simultaneously and be charged either while installed in the wheelchair or independently, ensuring uninterrupted mobility and ease of use.
- The charging details for each battery are AC 100 – 240 Volt, 50 Hertz, at 1.5 – 5 amperes.
- The IQ-9000 comes with a standard 24V 2A charger in the box. For quicker charging times, we recommend the 24V 3A charger. The 24V 3A charger is sold separately.
Range
- Two 24V 7.5AH batteries provide an impressive driving range of up to 19 miles.
- However, it is important to note that driving habits, temperature, weather, loading weight, road conditions, and other factors may affect the overall range.
Motors
- The lightweight IQ-9000 travel chair is equipped with two 250W brushless silent motors. Each motor operates independently, delivering a combined motor power of 500W.
- With a motor torque of 1.1Nm, these motors have the capability to climb inclines up to 10 degrees.
Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes
- Enjoy a safe and smooth ride with our electric wheelchair featuring intelligent electromagnetic brakes built into the motors.
- Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes provide several benefits for wheelchairs, including improved safety, smoother braking, and reduced wear and tear on the wheelchair's components. Unlike traditional braking systems, electromagnetic brakes are highly responsive and can be controlled with precision, allowing for a safer and more comfortable ride. They also require less maintenance and have a longer lifespan compared to other braking systems.
- Additionally, electromagnetic brakes can help prevent the wheelchair from rolling away when parked on a slope or incline, providing greater peace of mind for the user.
Travel Friendly
- The IQ-9000 is a lightweight foldable travel wheelchair. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.
Reclining
- The IQ-9000 is available with an optional auto reclining feature. At its full upright position, there is a 10° angle on the backrest. By using the joystick controller or remote control, the backrest will recline up to 55° from the upright position.
- The reclining feature of the IQ-9000 provides additional comfort to the user and should only be used when the wheelchair is stationary. Do not use the recline feature while the chair is in motion as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries.
Controller (Joystick)
- This state-of-the-art wheelchair features a digital joystick controller with an LCD display for effortless navigation, alongside automatic reclining capabilities for maximum comfort during your journey. The quick-release function on the controller always ensures seamless operation.
- The controller contains the power on/off button, the speed selection buttons, the horn button, the battery level display, and the 360-degree joystick controller. If your IQ-9000 supports the auto reclining feature, your controller will also include the recline and upright buttons.
Cushion & Backrest
- Experience added comfort and easy maintenance with the leather cushion and backrest of our electric wheelchair.
- The IQ-9000 lightweight electric wheelchair is designed for maximum comfort, featuring a memory foam cushion with cooling gel inserts. For additional comfort and easy maintenance, you can also choose to add a leather cushion and backrest, which are easy to clean.
Remote Controller
- The IQ-9000 comes with a remote controller. The remote control allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, honk the horn, and recline the chair (if applicable). The remote control works at distances up 30 feet.
Accessories

Speed
- The IQ-9000 has seven speed selections and a limited top speed of 4 mph. The seven speed selections will deliver 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90% or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 15% of maximum speed and speed five being 100% of maximum speed.
Seating Area Width
- The IQ-9000 is available with two seating options: a 17.5" wide seat or a 20" wide seat, known as the IQ-9000 Plus. The seat width is measured at the broadest point between the bars supporting the armrests.
- The IQ-9000 offers unrivaled comfort through its memory foam gel inserts and silicone cushion technology, featuring a 16" cushion width. The IQ-9000 Plus, on the other hand, comes with an even more spacious 18" cushion width.

Weight of the Chair
- The IQ-9000 is a foldable chair weighing just 49 lbs. without the battery. Each 7.5AH battery adds an additional 3.5 lbs.
- The IQ-9000 Plus weighs 55 lbs. without the battery. The automatic reclining feature contributes an extra 3 lbs. to the weight of each chair.
Loading Weight
- The non-reclining IQ-9000 and IQ-9000 Plus supports a maximum weight of 330 lbs.
- TThe IQ-9000 and IQ9000 Plus with the auto reclining feature support maximum weight of 310 lbs.
Wiring/Electronics
- The IQ-9000 wiring, connectors, processor, motors, and controller are weather resistant and are able to resist light rain and winds. It is important to understand that none of the electronics are weather or waterproof and should avoid heavy rains or submersion in water.
Tires
- The IQ-9000 features pneumatic tires, with 12" rear tires and 8" solid front tires. Solid tires may be available upon request. - The IQ-9000 comes with a standard 3-year frame warranty, 1-year motor warranty, 1-year battery warranty, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
- Optional extended warranty coverage for batteries and electronics is available through ComfyGO Care (up to 2 years) and ComfyGO Care+ (up to 3 years), which can be purchased within 90 days of delivery.
What is in the box?
- The IQ-9000 wheelchair comes with a lithium-ion battery, joystick (controller), remote controller, tool set, battery charger, anti-tip bars, and the user manual.
Maintenance
- The IQ-9000 does not require much maintenance. Monthly cleaning, inspecting, and tightening of bolts and nuts should keep your wheelchair in good working order. Proper charging of the lithium-ion battery will prolong your battery life.
Warranty Coverage
- Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified periods. However, it does not include associated costs such as shipping, handling, labor, or service calls. Additionally, no warranty coverage is provided for damage or malfunction resulting from customer neglect or abuse.
Shipping and Handling
- A shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty-related replacements, as well as non-warranty parts shipments. This fee will be charged to the customer to cover the cost of transporting parts. By purchasing our product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for paying any applicable shipping and handling fees for parts replacements or shipments.

We purchased this chair for my 87 year old mom. We love the sturdy and solid construction of the chair. It was easy to set up . We like the auto recline and folding capabilities of the chair. The brushless motor runs smooth. We will be giving this to her for Mother’s Day. ! We are happy with the purchase.

Once unboxing this nice wheelchair, we found it was super easy to get set up and using it almost in 10 minutes or less a couple things to install and you’re off to the races very sturdy great product.

This Chair is quite impressive so far I'm a paraplegic that uses a manual wheelchair most of the time. I injured my shoulder and I'm going to have surgery needed a powerchair fast insurance was 90 days to get a rental. I could afford this and they could get it to me before surgery. Drives very nice easy to control I like the compactness of it and it will be very handy in the future as well. It can fit through narrow doors making bathrooms a friends house accessible to me now. Turn radius is small and it maneuvers very good, I'm glad I bought this chair.

I love this chair. I started out as an ambulatory wheelchair user and when I became non ambulatory my insurance wouldn't cover a new chair for another 2 years as my old one stopped meeting my needs.
This chair is affordable, comfortable, and dynamic! The foot pedal fold up in a way that makes it easier to pull up to counters and use the kitchen, the motors are actually very quiet, and it has very good speed. The auto reclining feature is amazing and has improved my circulation and back pain tremendously. I haven't had to get out of it for anything. It also has a handy little locking feature that allows me to lock my toddler out of using the controls. It comes with a little Bluetooth remote that allows you to control the chair with it! The remote is also easy to use and has already came in handy for using it to pull the chair up to the car better so I can get in and out, and my partner is able to use it, or the easy to use switches on the back of the chair that switch to manual mode if we are ever out and I'm suddenly unable to use the joystick (I suffer from frequent hemiplegic migraines and seizures).
The company seems incredible as well, I had ordered a different color than the one I received, they called and asked me if it was alright if they sent a different color as they were out stock and said I could ask for a different color seat cover to be shipped out later on which is just awesome of them!
I am sooo grateful for this company and this chair! You guys really did a great job making affordable comfortable products.

2. Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled? |
| Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts. |
3.Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise? |
| Yes. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations. |
4. Can I operate my wheelchair with the backrest in the reclined position? |
| The wheelchair will still operate if the backrest is reclined. However, we do not recommend moving your wheelchair while reclined as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries. |
5. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair? |
| Yes. The IQ-9000 wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode. |
6. Does my remote control come paired with my chair? |
| Yes. The remote control comes paired with your chair. 7. Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing? |
| Yes. To remove the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back. |
8. Does the armrest raise? |
| Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you chair closer to a table |
9. How do I charge the battery? |
| The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet. |
10. Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair? |
| Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side. |
11. Does my wheelchair come with a warranty? |
