This has been wonderful for outings with the family I can not wait to see the freedom it gives me in future outings and vacations!
So far I like it. I just have to get use to how it runs. Came assembled and everything which made it nice. I would recommend it.
My previous review is not being shown on here. Too many issues with this chair to make this my primary wheelchair. The remote control is a joke. I was hoping to get out of the wheelchair, into normal seating, then using the remote to move the wheelchair out of the way. You can’t power it back up by remote if the chair shuts down, which it does after 20 minutes to save power. The seat cushion is barely better than a hospital wheelchair. It sits too low to make exiting easy and I’m only 5’6” tall . The armrests are way too high to be comfortable if you have rotator cuff issues. The seat back sits way to vertically to be comfortable. The joystick can’t be adjusted farther from the end of the armrest, something I’ve had on every other power wheelchair. The front edge of the footrest bites into the back of my legs as I try to stand and then flops down into my good ankle. I’m unable to keep it in the upright position. Yes, the chair is lightweight but this does not offset the significant issues I’ve mentioned. I haven’t even had it out of the house to test it on my ramp. The instructions and pictures are unclear and difficult to follow. The charging port is very difficult to find under the joystick and charging the chair only charges 1 of 2 batteries without a special cord that they will gladly sell to you. This also means that the cord needs to be switched from 1 battery to the other when it dies. This is under your seat and I don’t want to attempt this while seated because everything is black and difficult to see and tipping the chair is a definite possibility. Rear anti-tip wheels are not installed when shipped. I purchased from a third party, brand new and returning will cost me a 20% restocking fee, no fee charged if you purchase from Comfygo, AND I have to pay return shipping. This will cost me around $500. If you can, check the chair out at a local retailer before deciding if this is for you.
Now, Im not one to leave a review but for this, I must! We LOVE this wheelchair!!!!! My mom suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, has been suffering with these medical conditions for years, and when I say that this wheelchair has made it easier for her to move aroundits made it EASIER for her to move around! Shes tried MANY electric scooters and wheelchairs by many popular companies, including Prides Go-Go and Jazzy Passport chairs and they DO NOT COMPARE TO THE MAJESTIC! Since getting this wheelchair, my mom has been able to move our apartment and shes been able to travel with us.FINALLY! Shes been to Deep Creek, MD twice as well as the winery (my family and I love a good wine lol). This wheelchair takes the curb, gravel (may need a little assistance), & doorframe sill/threshold veryyyyy well! The wheelchair is also able to complete a 360 turn, and its amazing! For my elders that are a little bit on the heavier side, such as my mom, this wheelchair is very comfortable, the seat is wide! Now, I wouldnt say that its light weight but that only could be because my sister and I are the ones that transport my mom around; if youre a healthy man that can lift 50-60lbs with no issue then Im sure its light weight to you! Overall, would we order this wheelchair again? ABSOLUTELY!

As a disabled woman the chair is a bit difficult to get into the van. Will need to work on something to make it easier.
1. Can I turn my wheelchair on or turn off with the remote control? |
No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair. |
2. Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled? |
Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts. |
3.Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise? |
Yes. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations. |
4. Can I operate my wheelchair with the backrest in the reclined position? |
The wheelchair will still operate if the backrest is reclined. However, we do not recommend moving your wheelchair while reclined as this could lead to tipping and severe injuries. |
5. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair? |
Yes. The IQ-9000 wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode. |
6. Does my remote control come paired with my chair? |

7. Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing? |
Yes. To remove the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back. |
8. Does the armrest raise? |
Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you chair closer to a table |
9. How do I charge the battery? |
The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet. |
10. Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair? |
Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side. |
11. Does my wheelchair come with a warranty? |
Yes, The IQ-9000 wheelchair comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty. |
12. Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass? |
Yes. The IQ-9000 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease. |
13. Where can I find the serial number of my wheelchair? |
The serial number can be found in three places, on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the wheelchair was shipped in. |
