We bought the IQ8000 for my father and he really liked it. It extends his walking distance and provides more flexibility to him. Solid and strong product.
Purchased a new cover for our chair. Fits snugly around the chair and straps underneath. Comes with a bag to put around the controller and tucks under the foot rest then gets covered by the chair cover. Material is a padded, quilted material. Looking forward to traveling with this chair.
I have ALS and have a hard time standing and walking. My chair makes it possible for me to do things and go places that I wouldn't be able to without it. It's a game changer!

My experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish.
First, I emailed the company to inquire about obtaining a key for a scooter I had purchased from a thrift store. It has now been three weeks, and that email has never been answered. Fortunately, I was able to find the information I needed on my own, but the complete lack of response is unacceptable.
Second, I called the company and spoke with an associate who informed me that purchasing a replacement headlight would include a new key, which was exactly what I needed. I explained that I wanted the item expedited and was willing to pay for overnight shipping. The associate told me she would get the pricing information and call me back. That call never came.
Over the next two days, I made several additional attempts to contact the company but was unable to reach anyone. Repeatedly being unable to connect with a representative only added to my frustration.
In the end, I gave up on receiving assistance and simply ordered the headlight. I then waited the standard 3 to 5 business days for delivery. While the item arrived later than I wanted, it did include the key and ultimately solved my problem. However, the poor communication, lack of follow-through, and difficulty reaching customer service made what should have been a simple process far more frustrating than necessary.
**Overall, the product resolved my issue, but the customer service experience was severely lacking.**
