The X-7 wheelchair features a 360-degree universal intelligent digital joystick with an LCD display, a USB charging port, and an integrated headlight for traveling at night.

Ultra Lightweight

The ComfyGO X-7 electric wheelchair boasts an ultra-lightweight aluminum alloy frame at 40lbs without batteries. Don't let the weight of the chair fool you, though. It can hold 265lbs and combined with the dual 250w motors, it can travel over most hard-packed surfaces, like grass, dirt, and gravel. The power will also get you up that hill if needed.

Airline & Cruise Approved

The ComfyGO X-7 comes with dual 10AH lithium-ion batteries featuring a quick-release function, making them easy to remove for travel or charging purposes. These batteries are airline and cruise approved. Together, they provide an impressive driving range of up to 23 miles. Designed for user convenience, the batteries can be charged either while installed in the wheelchair or outside of the chair.

Battery and Charger

  • The COMFYGO X-7, with optional single or dual 7.5AH lithium-ion batteries, features a quick-release function that makes them easily removable for travel or charging purposes. These batteries are airline and cruise approved, allowing for seamless travel experiences. The charging time for each battery ranges from 6 to 8 hours.
  • Designed for user convenience, the batteries can operate simultaneously and can be charged either while installed in the wheelchair or independently, ensuring uninterrupted mobility and ease of use.
  • The X-7 battery can be charged using a regular home outlet. The charging specifications for each battery are AC 100 – 240 Volt, 50 Hertz, at 1.5 – 5 amperes. The X-7 comes with a standard 24V 2A charger in the box. For faster charging times, we recommend the 24V 3A charger, which is sold separately.

Range

  • The single 24V 7.5AH battery provides a driving range of up to 10 miles, while the dual 24V 7.5AH batteries offer an impressive driving range of up to 19 miles. However, it is important to note that factors such as driving habits, temperature, weather, load weight, road conditions, and others may affect the overall range.

Motors

  • The lightweight X-7 travel chair is equipped with two 250W brushless silent motors. Each motor operates independently, delivering a combined motor power of 500W.
  • With a motor torque of 1.1Nm, these motors have the capability to climb inclines up to 9 degrees.

Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes

  • Enjoy a safe and smooth ride with our electric wheelchair featuring intelligent electromagnetic brakes built into the motors.
  • Intelligent Electromagnetic Brakes provide several benefits for wheelchairs, including improved safety, smoother braking, and reduced wear and tear on the wheelchair's components. Unlike traditional braking systems, electromagnetic brakes are highly responsive and can be controlled with precision, allowing for a safer and more comfortable ride. They also require less maintenance and have a longer lifespan compared to other braking systems.
  • Additionally, electromagnetic brakes can help prevent the wheelchair from rolling away when parked on a slope or incline, providing greater peace of mind for the user.

Travel Friendly

  • The X-7 is a lightweight foldable travel wheelchair. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

Anti-Tip Bars

  • For added stability and safety, the X-7 wheelchair is equipped with adjustable anti-tip bars. These bars are designed to prevent the wheelchair from tipping over and provide extra support when navigating over uneven terrain or inclines. Controller (Joystick)

  • This state-of-the-art wheelchair features a digital joystick controller with an LCD display for effortless navigation, alongside automatic reclining capabilities for maximum comfort during your journey. The quick-release function on the controller always ensures seamless operation.
  • The controller contains the power on/off button, the speed selection buttons, the horn button, the battery level display, and the 360-degree joystick controller.

Cushion & Backrest

  • Experience added comfort and easy maintenance with the leather cushion and backrest of our electric wheelchair.
  • The X-7 lightweight electric wheelchair is designed for maximum comfort, featuring a memory foam cushion with cooling gel inserts. For additional comfort and easy maintenance, you can also choose to add a leather cushion and backrest, which are easy to clean.

Remote Controller

  • The X-7 comes with a remote controller. The remote control allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, and honk the horn. The remote control works at distances up 30 feet.

Speed

  • The X-7 has seven speed selections and a limited top speed of 4 mph. The seven speed selections will deliver 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90% or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 15% of maximum speed and speed five being 100% of maximum speed.

Seating Area Width

  • The X-7 is available with seating: a 19" wide seat. The seat width is measured at the broadest point between the bars supporting the armrests.
  • The X-7 offers a 18" cushion width.

Frame

  • Experience maximum durability and strength with the X-7 series of electric wheelchair, which features an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame.

Wiring/Electronics

  • The X-7 wiring, connectors, processor, motors, and controller are weather resistant and are able to resist light rain and winds. It is important to understand that none of the electronics are weather or waterproof and should avoid heavy rains or submersion in water.

Tires

  • The X-7 features pneumatic tires, with 12" rear tires and 8" solid front tires. Solid tires may be available upon request. Maintenance

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The X-7 comes with a standard 3-year frame warranty, 1-year motor warranty, 1-year battery warranty, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.
  • Optional extended warranty coverage for batteries and electronics is available through ComfyGO Care (up to 2 years) and ComfyGO Care+ (up to 3 years), which can be purchased within 90 days of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified periods. However, it does not include associated costs such as shipping, handling, labor, or service calls.   • A shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty-related replacements, as well as non-warranty parts shipments. 1. Can I turn my wheelchair on or turn off with the remote control?

No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.

2. Does my wheelchair arrive fully assembled?

Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.

3.Can my wheelchair go on an airplane or cruise?

Yes. The 7.5AH (180WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before travelling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.

4. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?

Yes. The wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.

5. Does my remote control come paired with my chair?

6. Can I silence the beeping sound my wheelchair makes while reversing?

Yes. To remove the beeping noise, press the (+) key on the controller until you reach the top speed then hold the button down until you see the amber light in the middle of the display. Quickly press the horn button and the beeping will stop. Repeat these steps if you want the beeping sound back.

7. Does the armrest raise?

Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you chair closer to a table

8. How do I charge the battery?

The lithium-ion battery can be charged through the joystick controller or directly on the battery. The charge time for an empty battery is 6-8 hours. If your battery has a partial charge, the charge time will be less. When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the battery and unplug it from the power outlet.

9. Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?

Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side.

10. Does my wheelchair come with a warranty?

Yes, The X-7 wheelchair comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty.

11. Can I use my wheelchair on dirt and grass?

Yes. The X-7 can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease.

12. Where can I find the serial number of my wheelchair?

The serial number can be found in three places, on the frame near the footrest, in the product manual, and on the box the wheelchair was shipped in.
