I just recently received my wheelchair and it is nice so far. Easy and simple to use.
I purchased the larger version of this chair. First the associate at Comfy Go, Jay, was awesome to work with. The chair was super easy to set up and we had everything figured out in no time. I’ve been using a mobility scooter for around three years now and I’m super excited to move to this. It is so easy to fold and put back into my car. I am a plus size girly and I was worried about my hips. The arms go all the way up so that took care of any problems there. I also like that the foot rest is adjustable as my knees don’t bend properly, thus the chair. The added tool bag with all the tools I would need for on the site repairs was also a nice touch that I wasn’t expecting. I am looking forward to many years with my new chair.
The caregiver brakes were both broke, they are made well but some of the staff at daysite didn’t know how to use them. I ordered more but the wheel brakes came instead. The young man on the phone was very polite and said I in fact ordered the correct part bit that the wrong ones were sent. He sent out the correct parts as we spoke!
The IQ 9000 with recline is fantastic. Open the box unfold the chair and you're ready to go in no time. I can say this is the easiest wheelchair to put together. Seriously you only have to put the joystick on and it's ready to go. The recline is fantastic. Great for pressure relief. Thanks Majestic.
I waited until we’ve taken the chair on several outings. It has exceeded our expectations. We got the red seat and the wife says it’s very comfortable. After three outings and the battery is still 5 bars! It is a little heavy, approximately 65 lbs. I had to practice a few times to find the best way to lift into the back of our suv. It was FSA eligible!
