So easy to set up and my mom got the hang of the driving right away. This portable, light option has given her the freedom she needs to leave her apartment. It's also helpful fr or me when I pick her up. We can fold the chair and get it into my car with no assistance. Such a great option!
I've had my scooter for over 3 years. I've had back surgey and I'm disabled. I needed a new motor and an updated seat. I took my scooter in and my scooter was fixed in an hour. My scooter looked brand new. I thought I was going to spend a small fortune or have to buy a new scooter. Nope!! I was surprised at how quickly I was helped and it wasn't expensive. For those needing a headrest it's a nice option for being able to rest and lean your head back. It's a soft and breathable material. Good for longer trips and extra support for rough terrain.

Had my chair for 2yrs and love it! Had to replace the battery a few months ago due to my own fault and they were very helpful and got one sent right away! What makes them even more impressive is I was headed to my grandsons graduation 1900 miles away and 5 hours into the trip realized we had forgotten the battery! Jay the sales rep went above and beyond to make sure I had the battery sent to my daughters. He dropped it off for shipping himself since last FedEx pick up had already happened.
