Nice chair. Heavier than expected. Wish I could add an adjustable leg rest.
I have had my MS-3000 Mobility Scooter for around 4 years and it just keeps going! I have had to replace a battery and a couple of other parts for my scooter from normal wear and the parts have always been available and the service dept is always very helpful and pleasant and accommodating and make it easy and quick to get the parts I need. I use my scooter everyday at work as I have bad knees and it is a workhorse for me. Day after day! I’m not sure if I could still work without it. It’s an awesome scooter from an awesome company.
After having a purchase of this same chair fall thru after a 6 week wait and no updates...I was gun shy of ordering...but so happy I did.
I called the company and talked with Mark.....knowledgeable and helpful to say the least.
Ordered the chair and had 4 follow up emails from Eric to confirm our goofy street address.

I’m very happy with the fast delivery and easy set up of the Majestic IQ 9000 from ComfyGo. It is very comfortable and easy to use. It was a pleasure dealing with Marc on the phone. I had an accident at work, leaving me unable to walk for any distance. This should help me get around a lot easier
We have searched a long time for a chair for our disabled adult child that would be affordable and have the capabilities we needed and this one fits the bill. As we have gotten older we needed the chair to be electric but since our daughter is not capable of driving herself, we have to have the controls-check. She needed her legs to be elevated and seat to recline-check. Comfortable & affordable-check. Folds up and is lightweight-check. Plenty of storage options-check. Love that it also can be used on a van lift and doesn't require a towing platform :) Can't really think of anything missing, thank you for this much needed chair!
