The universal one is great - very adjustable. The IQ-8000/9000 one, which came with my chair, is horrible. It's not adjustable, and I couldn't use it without leaning my head way too far back. If you need one for an IQ 8000 or 9000, get the universal one. It will fit, and you'll be able to adjust so that it works for you.
It's easy to maneuver, built like a tank, perfect size for my 6' 1" 267 lbs frame, and very comfortable.
I have a scissor lift to help with getting it in and out of my SUV and car because it has some weight to it.
The Majestic goes through grass, gravel and inclines with no problems. I go to several car shows on different terrain and never had any issues, even with hills.
Very Powerful Machine. If you want Quality, BUY ONE. I'm fully disabled waist down and find it easy to transfer from wheelchair to any other chairs due to folding arms when up is completely out of the way.

Pulled it out of the box this morning and it was all ready to go! Already my wife is feeling more empowered. The chair simply unfolded and a few clicks later she was ready to go. It’s emotional to see her able to come on walks with us again. Great product!
